DESCRIPTION

DEO-MILD is a natural, highly effective deodorant active compound, completely dermo-compatible and respectful of the skin microbiome.

The mechanism acts both by the inhibition of lipase-based metabolism of sweat components which cause malodour without interfere with natural perspiration and by selective inhibition of odor-causing bacteria and thereby favourably modulating the skin’s microbiome.

It is a colorless and odorless liquid, easy to handle, non-irritating, non-sensitizing to the skin and moisturizing for the skin.

MECHANISM OF ACTION

The DEO-MILD components are enzymatically hydrolyzed to citric acid and capric acid by bacterial enzymes. Both acids lower the skin's pH, deactivating bacterial lipase enzymes and reducing the decomposition of sweat components that cause body odour.
